Ingredients

One 4.9 oz. package Farmhouse® Fettuccine Alfredo Pasta

2 Tablespoons butter or margarine

1/2 cup green onion, chopped

1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped

3 cloves garlic, chopped

1-1/3 cups water

3/4 cup milk

14 oz. frozen broccoli florets, cooked per package directions and drained

8 oz. cooked shrimp, thawed if frozen

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated


Preparation

  1. Melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat. Add onion, red bell pepper and garlic and cook until soft, about five minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Add water, milk, pasta and contents of seasoning packet and bring just to a boil. Reduce heat to medium boil, stirring frequently until pasta is done, about 12 minutes.
  3. Add broccoli, shrimp and cheese. Stir until heated through.
  4. Let stand for 3-5 minutes before serving.
