Creamy White Clam Sauce & Noodles

Serves 4

Ingredients

One 4.8 oz. package Farmhouse Creamy Italian Garlic Flavor Pasta
3 Tablespoons finely minced onion
4 Tablespoons butter or margarine
1 cup hot water
2/3 cup milk
2 Tablespoons white wine
One 6.5 oz. can minced clams, undrained
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. In large saucepan, sauté onion in butter or margarine until tender but not brown.
  2. Add water, milk, wine, pasta and contents of seasoning packet; bring just to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cook uncovered over medium-low heat 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Add undrained clams, heat through. Let stand 5-10 minutes.
  5. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
