Creamy White Clam Sauce & Noodles
Serves 4
Ingredients
One 4.8 oz. package Farmhouse Creamy Italian Garlic Flavor Pasta
3 Tablespoons finely minced onion
4 Tablespoons butter or margarine
1 cup hot water
2/3 cup milk
2 Tablespoons white wine
One 6.5 oz. can minced clams, undrained
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- In large saucepan, sauté onion in butter or margarine until tender but not brown.
- Add water, milk, wine, pasta and contents of seasoning packet; bring just to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cook uncovered over medium-low heat 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add undrained clams, heat through. Let stand 5-10 minutes.
- Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
