Chicken Dijon with Noodles

Serves 6

Ingredients

One 4.7 oz. package Farmhouse Herb & Butter Flavor Pasta
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tablespoons butter or margarine
3/4 lb. sliced, boneless, skinless chicken
1-1/3 cups water
2/3 cup milk
3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, sauté mushrooms, onions and garlic in butter or margarine until golden.
  2. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add water, milk, pasta and contents of seasoning packet; bring just to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and cook 12 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Stir in Dijon mustard and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Before serving, top with chopped parsley.
