Chicken Dijon with Noodles
Serves 6
Ingredients
One 4.7 oz. package Farmhouse Herb & Butter Flavor Pasta
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tablespoons butter or margarine
3/4 lb. sliced, boneless, skinless chicken
1-1/3 cups water
2/3 cup milk
3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large skillet, sauté mushrooms, onions and garlic in butter or margarine until golden.
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add water, milk, pasta and contents of seasoning packet; bring just to a boil.
- Reduce heat and cook 12 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Stir in Dijon mustard and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Before serving, top with chopped parsley.
