Tomato Basil Pasta Casserole

Ingredients
One 4.8 oz. Farmhouse Creamy Italian Garlic Flavor Pasta
1 cup prepared spaghetti sauce
2 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil leaves or 2 teaspoons dry basil
One 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
2 oz. ham, thinly sliced
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425° F.
- Prepare pasta according to package directions.
- Remove from heat and stir in spaghetti sauce and chopped basil.
- In a medium bowl, combine spinach, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, ham, nutmeg and salt and pepper to taste; mix well.
- In a 9" round casserole, spoon in the pasta and sauce and top with spinach mixture. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Cover and bake for 15 minutes or until heated through.
