Noodles with Tomatoes, Basil and Olives

Serves 4

Ingredients

One 4.7 oz. package Farmhouse Herb & Butter Flavor Pasta
1/2 cup sliced onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/8-1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
3 Tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
1 cup hot water
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup dry white wine
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup slivered fresh basil or 1 Tablespoon dry basil
One 4 oz. can sliced black olives, drained

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, sauté onions, garlic and red pepper in oil until tender.
  2. Add water, milk, wine, pasta and contents of seasoning packet; bring just to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Stir in tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes longer.
  5. Stir in basil and olives; cook 2 minutes longer or until basil and olives are heated through.
