Ingredients

One 5.0 oz. Farmhouse® Angel Hair Butter & Parmesan Pasta

One 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

1 cup prepared spaghetti sauce

2 Tablespoons fresh Basil leaves, finely chopped (2 teaspoons dry)

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

2 oz. ham, thinly sliced

1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Salt and pepper to taste


Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
  2. Prepare noodles according to package directions.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in spaghetti sauce and chopped basil.
  4. In a medium bowl combine spinach, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, ham, nutmeg and salt and pepper to taste; mix well.
  5. In a 9" round casserole, spoon in the noodles and sauce and top with spinach mixture. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover and bake for 15 minutes or until heated through.
